Product Description:
We manufacture & export PTFE Insulated Wire for various domestic & industrial wiring purposes. These PTFE insulated wires are available in multiple colours like Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Black & White. These PTFE Wires are fire & chemical resistant and perform consistently at different temperatures
High temperature application upto +260oC
Make Up:
- Silver Plated Copper/Nickel Plated Copper as per temperature application
- PTFE compound insulation

- Non toxic ,non flammable, total flame resistant
- Resistant to acid , alkalis, solvent, synthetic, liquids and oils
- Extremely flexible, high tensile strength
- Total weather and ozone resistance
Application:
- Particular attention should be drawn to the excellent resistance to corrosive synthetic hydraulic liquids ,as used,
- The wires made of PTFE insulation are light weight compact, have excellence thermal stability.
Temperature range
- 100 °C to 200°C for Silver Plated Copper
-100°C to 260°C for Nickel Plated Copper
Note:
1. Economical version with Bare Copper Wire can be also be supplied, but recommended temperature range is 150°C.
2. The Nickel Plated can not be soldered, only crimping to be used.
